Excellent food and impressive service. Tried Veg Patiala, Lasuni Palak and Dal khichadi. Read some comments about service issues, but try it once. They really have improved their quality of service.
Service has really gone bad, have to keep calling the captain and the waiters. Taste is still good but not sure why they are ignoring the service part.
Used to be my most preferred place, be it with family, friends or colleagues. Of late found below par, especially on service part but today took another chance and visited this place. Ordered Chicken malvani and wheat roti. Malvani chicken lacked the taste, more importantly the gravy or the rassa was no where near malvani. Finally the service part, again very slow service. Not sure what’s wrong with them. They have such huge customer base but they are not doing justice to their own reputation.
service is very slow, a lot of scope for improvement. had ordered Tandoori Chicken, was good in taste. Ambience and cost is average. Nothing special about this restaurant, just a regular dine in place. They say, Sea Food is their speciality, will try some other day.
Food was ok, worst service ever seen. Unaware of stock, captain apologies after half an hour that dish is not available. Got food after 1 hour.
