Very bad experience. What they show is totally opposite to what they serve. Had subscribed for a week’s salad. Quality of the veggies & pastas & paneer weren’t good at all. Chewy & hard. Half of the salad goes into bin. Salad is made hours ago & deep freezed. & then delivered to the customers. Which is evident with the look & the taste. Also there is a standard reply always “will forward your feedback to the concerned team” and nothing happens then. Also the delivery doesn’t happen on time. Lunch time delivery happens around 14:30 hours. The only thing they do is encourage u to subscribe for month or year. You don’t get value for ur money. At same price u can order a fresh salad from Box 8 or some other place. Absolutely “bakwas” I must say. Don’t go for it guys
Had a lot of expectations from this, but totally disappointed. 1- The veggies were not chopped as they should be. Those were too big for a single bite. You are expected them to cut short in a bite size as it is ready to eat. 2- Thousand island salad dressing was totally tasteless. Neither spicy nor tasty. 3- Iceberg lettuce was as big as you can use in burger, and not fresh at all. The dirt was stuck in corners of lettuce. 4- When you are taking about sprouts it just not includes “moth” it includes various other things as well. E.g- “moong”, “chana”, etc. 5-The container containing salad dressing was totally smudged in some old stickers(it seemed the they are reusing such stuff, as I don’t have problem to reuse they should be environment friendly, but they should atleast have courtesy to clean it)6- You should have customisable plans according to client needs as I wanted 200-250 grams which they straight away denied.
