  Delivery review is still one star.. Updating my dine in experience:We visited this place for lunch on my father’s birthday.. This place has ample amount of four wheeler parking and it is situated on Satara Road on a prime location.. I really liked the ambience of this place.. Proper vintage maharashtrian touch is given to each and every aspect of the hotel.. it has chairs and tables as well as Indian seating available.. we preferred Indian seating and ordered Special Thali with pitala, bharala vanga and bhakari as add on.. I like the way they serve you the food.. it is not like other Thali restaurant which served everything in one go and waiter keep asking you for more repeatedly before you finish anything.. Purnabramha people served you food as five course meal.. Firstly they served welcome drink which is Jaljeera.. it is pretty average and nothing special about it.. then they serve maharashtrian starters Sabudana Wada, kothimbir vadi, papad and kurdaya.. it is undoubtedly the best part of the meal.. Sabudana Wada was delicious and melting in mouth instantly.. kothimbir Wadi was crispy and authentic.. I really want this starters to be served again and again.. After that pitala, bhakari and bharla vanga was served.. pitala was good but taste of bharla vanga was bland.. I didn’t like the vegatables which are served afterwards.. either they were too bald or too spicy.. patodi rassa was too spicy and Natalie usal was completely bland.. only thing which I loved the most in main Thali is shrikhand.. we then seperately ordered solkadhi which was gigantic in size and two people can easily share one solkadhi.. Overall it was nice visiting this place and worth a try for it’s authentic maharashtrian starters and sweets..———————————————————————-Pathetic service from Purnabramha & zomato.. Purnabramha manager does not even know how to operate zomato to accept and reject online order.. I ordered zunka bhakari from Purnabramha through zomato.. first of all, Purnabramha did not accept/reject order instantaneously.. even when zomato valet reached restaurant roughly after 20 minutes of online order to manually place the order, Purnambramha manager or zomato did not reject/cancel the order.. instead they put the order on food being prepared status.. I tried calling zomato valet multiple times but he was unreachable.. After 45-50 minutes of placing online order, I had to call myself to restaurant to get the status of the order.. Management then shamelessly told me that they can’t fulfill the order which was eariler shown accepted on app as they are not able to login to zomato system.. Purnabramha management should not have listed themselves on online food delivery portal if they are not equiped to fulfill online orders.. Really disappointed from Purnabramha’s on ground service.. Zomato should be more proactive in updating order status if there seems delay in the delivery..
