Silly Chilly is one of the best place to have desi Chinese. We had chicken combo for 190 rupees. which had 2 chicken lollipop, friend rice,2 manchurian with gravy, and salad. This combo is enough for 2 people. Will highly recommend this place if you are in craving for desi Chinese.
To try out the restaurant I had ordered paneer crispy from here. The was also not bad but there was nothing crispy the whole chunks of paneer were soft. not a good experience.

The place certainly looks too small, but if you can Ignore the ambiance you’ll like the food for sure.The paneer satay goes really well with any of their fried rice, it perfectly complements the rice making for a happy me. The kick of the spices of the paneer with the humble fried rice makes for an interestingly good and balance combination.
Best place to have desi chinese in Shreenagar.The food is cheap,tasty and has great quantity compared to competitors. The service is quick and friendly.
