Chai Villa located near Thane station is a small joint with three to four tables serving different types of chai, cold beverages, burgers, frankies, maggi & sandwiches…We had,• kulhad chai w bun maska• chocolate cold coffee w ice cream • corn cheese sandwich • paneer cheeseburger ..The chai is made in traditional kulhad, it was refreshing & full of flavourm. The cold coffee was nicely blended & we liked it. Both the sandwich & burger were equally good…The staff was helpful & kind. The service was quick. Also, they accept tea orders for party, marriages & corporate events. The avg cost for two people would be around ₹350 approx…Munch on some snacks w kulhad chai @chaivilla_thane
Chai Villa Cafe This is a great pocket friendly outlet, very near to thane station. As the name implies, they serve a variety of teas. Kulhad Chai is their speciality and it was very good and worth 20/-. Those who love that smoky flavour in tea would relish this tea and for those who don’t, there are other options available. They also serve snack items and cold coffee. We tried their Chocolate Sandwich and Veg Mayo Cheese Burger. The Chocolate sandwich was great, truly a delight at such pocket friendly rates. The Burger served with chutney was amazing too, loaded with cheese and mayonnaise. The Ice Cream Chocolate Cold Coffee was looking delicious and tasted nice too, considering its cost of 50 rupees. Overall, a great place for quick bites and some amazing tea at extremely economical rates.

In sandwiches we tried samosa toast Sandwich which was really delicious. We also tried paneer cheese frankie.Their cold beverages were fantastic, personal favourites. We tried chocolate cold coffee which was thick & delicious.The prices are unbelievably affordable and it serves great quantities as well.If you’re either looking to binge on some breakfast or small bites on the go this is perfect place.
Chai villa a small cafe at thane which serves more than 12 varieties of tea and with these tea there are also some mouthwatering snacks that goes well with a cup of tea .So here is my review of it guy’s1:Kullad chaiChai was in kullad as i like chai in kullad instead of some glass or other utensils . The chai was very much good and refrshing2.Pudina ChaiAs we all know that pudina is beneficial to our health so I thought let’s have a pudina Chai you can literally get the smell of pudina .It was a little bit sour but it was good3.Tandoori Panner SandwichIf you are here then this is a must to try this sandwich it was very muchh good and delicious4:Mayo Panner cheese burgerThere was a lot of CHHHEEESSEEE in the burger as you can see in the pic i mean that much cheese+a delicious Burger then what else you are craving for5.Special FrankieThe Frankie was good the taste of it was niceRating : ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Small place with many variety pocket friendly very hygienic and good taste. We tried paneer mayo Burger which different from are regular burgers it tasted like Desi and healthy ,also paneer cheese was really amazing they don’t use much of shezwan chutney which really good it was also really amazing,other thing which we tried was kulhad chai must visit outlet very cost effective
A very small joint, situated on the busy and main road of Thane, Naupada, can easily be spotted by its laminated name.On a hot and sweaty evening, it was justified that we were tempted to have ‘Cold Coffee. with Chocolate Ice-cream, which was yummy.Of the different types of tea, served there, it was difficult to choose one, settled for ‘Special Tea’.True to its name, it was very soothing,Along wirh, had ‘Chai Villa Special Veg Sandwitch’ and ‘Cheese Corn Sandwitch’. Both tasted great with tomato sauce. Veg Sandwitch had sliced onion which added to the taste.Would surely recommend to others.
