This was my second visit to chaubara as my first experience was quite good I recommended this restaurant to my family. We order delhi papdi chaat, stuff mushroom with cottage cheese, paneer achari tikki apart from paneer achari tikki both dishes were good. Achari flavour was missing and also paneer portion was too large. In mains we were served with wrong order which was later put right. Staff was in too hurry to serve on table . Vegetarian dishes are on average , ambience is great.

Chaubara 601 is basically a north indian mughlai cuisine restaurant what amazed here was relaxing warn interior and dhaba look and shamaiyana sitting.Location napuda . 10 min from old thane RTO . 15 min from thane station West.Coming quick to food.Manchow soup : was really perfect to taste not much punching flavours nor much hard on taste . Really like it but then dry noddles were runied taste were changed later on asking for it .StarterGulati kabab : were really good to taste liked the crispy out side soft in side texture of it. Served with some fine chopped veggies but then this needs to served with some good sauces mint chutney wasn’t upto mark. (5/5)Dhai ke kabab. This were really good to taste again served in same way with some Veggies liked this looked alike but flavours were really different (5/5)Paneer achari tikka : was good to taste but then chewy paneer ruined it a bit . Presentation was bit down for this (3.5/5)Coming to mainDal bhukara. Now this is really good to taste loved it simply not much oily but really creamy and good to taste can compete one of the 3 star’s dal. 5/5Mix veggitable : was again really good to go high on taste.. fine chopped veggies with paneer crumble was amazing to taste loved it (5/5)Cheese garlic naan : wasn’t chewy , perfect soft and loved it the way cheese was sprinked perfect but then missed garlic a bit. 5/5Lassi : was thick cold served not sour but then missed malai on top could have done that instead of sprinkling some nuts.Coming to mocktails served at 99 and 149 are pocket friendly but then should be bit better can be worked on to make it worth price.* They accept dineout pay.Can visit won’t disappoint.
This is a place for dhaba style food lovers. They serve amazing portions of nonveg. Excellent ambience with live music and a nice hangout spot with your friends and family.
Chaubara 601!! Is a dhabaa type restaurant.They have a lovely ambience, they have a terrace seating.Seating is comfortable. Group seating is also available.I found it quite costly. Food is good but the paratha was not that good. Staff is friendly and cooperative. They help us in ordering.
