I went to a restaurant on my birthday. It was very pathetic experience. Here food serve with stapler pin.Its very dull place and Ambience was very bad.Overall a horrible experience for two hours. There was no courtesy from Hotel Owner or staff to acknowledge their mistake and apologies for inconvenience.
Today on 21st sept in this newly opened outlet. Based on advertisement as number one pav bhaji in pune we have ordered Amul butter pav bhaji. I think number one is not from top but from bottom side. Very pathetic and poor quality. No service. Overall hygine is also not upto the mark. Poor place. Disappointed and frustated.
We ordered pav bhaji which wasn’t too good in taste and quantity is very less for the price they are charging. We then ordered relax spl pulav and it wasn’t great in taste either. It was full with garam masala only. Apart from the food, the ambience is okay. The staff was there but busy in their mobile phone. They didn’t even keep glass on our table. After our pulav was finished he directly brought finger bowls. He decided by himself that our dinner is done.
I got a parcel packed for dinner and was very disappointed when I opened it at home.Got tandoori roti in place of butter tandoori roti. Paneer lababdaar was the first of its kind out of the many I have tried until now, with gravy as dilute as a soup.
Visited this newly opened joint in Wakad for Saturday dinner. It has a lower and mezzanine floor seating. Ordered mushroom soup, beet root tikki, Alfredo pasta, Veg Handi and Roti. Beet Root tikki was nicely made with crispy bread crumb crust. Veg Handi gravy had nice flavour to it. Service was good. It has a mix of ACs and fans in seating area so was a little warm. Overall nice veg dining restaurant.
Relax ! is what most of the people in pune would answer when asked about the best place to eat pav bhaji. On my very first visit , they unfortunately ran out of “Pav” as soon as we ordered it at Wakad outlet , a reason to lose faith initially however the paneer lababdar was appetizing and kept the tummy happy. Now , I’ve been here several times and I totally agree the Pav bhaji is exquisite ! Descent ambienceFantastic foodService needs a little attention
