Went to taste the newly opened restaurant near Sinhgad College. Talking about Ambience, it is cool. Had ordered Kolhapuri Chicken Gravy Meal. In Meal they are giving, Mocktail, Chicken gravy, 2 Roti, Dal Rice. Mocktail was totally Refreshing. I was super glad that they served it. They did not take time to bring the Meal plate. They served Plain Roti, but with my demand they brought Butter roti, with lots of butter over it. Gravy was not extraordinary maybe I expected too much being the name of the restaurant is Gravy nation. Roti needed little more efforts to chew, chicken was not fully cooked I may say. When I complained about it, they were sorry for it and gave me assurances that they wont disappoint me next time. that was very good of them. Restaurants around Sinhgad Road should learn how to interact with customer from them. They serve Bottled water too. So, total hygiene must be on top of their list. I will visit again for sure.
