Placed an online order here. Didn’t receive the order accepted status for a while. Called them up and confirmed and the person on the other side said he will accept immediately.Another 10-15 mins passed by and then the order was accepted.The delivery guy reached the place in another 10-15 mins and saw him waiting there for more time than expected. Called him up and he apologised saying these guys had not prepared the order.I was pissed by then and thought of cancelling, but it was too late in the night to place another order.So in all it took more than an hour to recieve the order.The food was just average. Had ordered 3 dosas but received very little cutney sufficient only for a single dosa.Would have voted 1 but as the delivery guy was too kind, I have voted it as 3.
