Its situated next to the highway so its bit noisy and the food is bit blant. I have ordered chicken Tikka masala and chicken kadhaie and both taste​ the same. Moreover the service is quite slow which will surely irritate you.
You’ll get good food here you just need to make captain understand what you are expecting and then the tasty food enters. Had dal tadka, chicken 65 and Murg Lahori tasty food and yes quantity justifies the price.
Service is pathetic; captains really do not understand how to handle customers. Waiters were augmenting with us after we raised concerns related to bad service. Manager did not seem to have good hold over staff as they were least bothered about feedback. Service boys were just playing around with each other like throwing empty bottles, glasses etc. No one looked serious, professional towards customer. Restaurant is at prime Location is but staff and management will not help them to make long term customers. Food is also not so good, waste of money!!!
The experience has been very bad rather worse. Thoroughly unprofessional staff, the waiter poured water in a glass of cold drink and instead of apologising started arguing. Not so good food, pricing is OK ambience is good, rest everything is a big zero ‘0’ doesn’t even worth a single star (still will give a star for the ambience). Will not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.
This is the worst place I have visited ever. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. These people were so confused, it seemed they really didn’t know what was expected off them. Forget about the delivery of food they take 30 mins to serve onions. The lemons they served were caught up with fungus and turned black. We ordered a chicken dish and planned to order something else but after having the chicken we gave up on the idea. The chicken dish had only raw masala taste, not cooked to the extent it should have been cooked. The bottom line is, this is not a place you should visit with your near & dear ones or friends even. The place is well designed but unhygienic. We have seen the waiters cleaning the water glasses in the same wash basin which people used to wash their hands after using the washroom. So this place is a big ‘NO’..!! The one star is for the infra and ambience.
Excellent Place with excellent service and food. This is the first place in this sector to be this good.The staff is too good and faster than any other hotels. Taste is delicious. Not too much bill if you are taking drinks and all.Overall, a best budget place.
Visited this hotel thrice, just beacuse one of my friends like Paneer Kurkure from this hotel. But after eating 3 times we have decided to give up as after eating here all the 3 times we got loose motion.Ambience is good thats why giving 1 star.Food quality was pathetic for non veg.Staff is quite arogant.At the first caption/manager says all card payments accepted, but later they give you N number of resons for not accepting card payment and force you to pay by cash only.If you really want to screw your tummy and next few days, please visit this hotel and bar.
