Rice, chapati, chicken all were of afternoon I guess, requesting Zomato team to look into this to prevent your ratings which are increasing due to good service but food partners like this one might not help you achieve your vision. Regards

I ordered food from Ozone Restaurant, Sinhgad Pune from Zomato. It’s Palak Paneer, 4 chapatis and 3 Tandoori Naan for me and my friend. Ordered arrived. We were dying of hunger so we opened the package quickly. We found Sabji and 7 Chapatis inside. Personally I don’t like to eat chapatis with the hotel food. I was devastated. I contacted Zomato Customer care service, and after a eternity they said we’ll add the amount of missing item in your wallet. As we were dead hungry, we ate it without uttering a word. Sabji was delicious.Is it worth ordering a food from restaurant where you can’t give a guarantee that you will get the same food as you ordered? I paid extra money for Naan and now I see that money in the wallet instead of tasting that delicious sabji with Naan, Am I happy? Who’s at the fault? And who’s paying price for that?- A disappointed Customer
Alert! Don’t ever fall in catchy offers here the food n dishes are the worst, only names are there quality never is near to it worst butter chicken, naan they prepare on tawa, all bakwas food ALERT!
Pathetic food. Ordered Rajma chawal combo. I just ate one spoon and afterwards I could not eat further and had to throw it away. My first and last order from this place, would never ever again order from this place and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too.
