Has a cool ambience but food needs to be improved. Service is average.
We ordered lunch today from Riyasat and were very disappointed with the low quality food for high charged prices, paneer butter masala was completely sweet and banjara kebab was pathetic uncooked and tasteless.. everything had to be thrown away and we had to cook lunch at home. I suggest not to order home delivery from Riyasat if you don’t want your money wasted.
Pathetic service. They took the order on phone and said they will take 15-20 mins. I waited for more than an hour but the food didn’t come. Also they switched off both their contact numbers. I had to visit the restaurant to pick the order myself. If I have to pick it, why would I have ordered it. Request the restaurant to deny the order if they cannot deliver. My daughter was hungry and slept without having dinner because of the delay. Worst customer service .
