Had gone here with friends , taste was good but after having seafood my stomach was upset .can’t blame them completely cos i have recently come to Mumbai from London , as my stomach is a bit fragile in digesting indian food but tastewise it was good for sure.
If u want to experience homely food taste then u must visit this place . Only once I visited here but , i liked their preparation , I ordered Saundala fry , perfectly fried & its taste was really yummy .but slightly overprice I also tried Prawns curry which I didntlike. Fried fish & curry they prepare infront of us . So we can get it hot & fresh . They also give the delivery of row fish .
One day I ordered Fish tava fry and then while having, the fish was pathetic, it was not cooked well. Later again went back to them to replace it. THEY replaced with the fresh one. And the guy who cooks he doesn’t even have manners. He whistled and asked to take ur parcel in their hotel. Disappointed with this guy. Atleast have some common sense how to treat ur customers.
Ordered a chicken Ghati from this place along with Chapatis. Unfortunately chapatis were already over. Talking about the chicken ghati- it was fantastic, home made very basic gravy which can be eaten with Chapati or Rice. Only issue was slightly oily. But definitely a must have here. Enjoyed the flavourful taste thoroughly.
This review is purely for the DELIVERY service. This is a small homely place that serves good and tasty seafood at reasonable spices. The preparations are very similar to what you would eat at home and therefore likeable. But in the delivery front the outlet fails big time. I have ordered twice and both times the wait was over 2 hours. One cannot estimate delivery time and there is no way to track. I would suggest they tie-up with someone like Swiggy so that orders can be tracked.
Craving for Sea food + Homesick ? Yep, guys you landed at the right place. This place offers you home made style food with authentic taste. You can either go and buy or order from your food aggregators. Things not to miss -1) Stuffed crab – Awesome , 2) Surmai Tawa Fry – Amazing , 3) Chicken Ghati / Mutton Sukka – Superb . Well I would advise you order in advance or book your food early to get the best out of them. Run by the owner and a helpful staff, you will always be welcomed with smiles and get tasty home made food in return. Everyone with with a Marathi food taste, a must order place!
Excellent quality and taste in an affordable price..kolambi bhat, ghati chicken and surmai fry are phenomenol.I would highly recommend it to everyone..keep it up.
