Tried the jalapeno corn and basil hummus sandwich. It was really very fresh and tasty. They toast the sandwich in olive oil which gives it a unique flavour. Will surely recommend it.

Nourishing Edge is basically a food truck started by Keyur and his sister on last Tuesday, providing healthy and tasty food at affordable prices. They are parked opposite of Kashinath Ghanekar audi, and are operational from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. It’s a small and hygienic little place which aims to bring together, the junk food lovers and the healthy eaters! The best part about Nourishing Edge is that they don’t add preservatives and sugar to any of their products. They have sandwiches, shakes, salads, oats, and cold pressed juices on their menu. As of now, they have dates milkshake and custard apple milkshake. They change their menu as per the seasonal fruits and vegetables (at least for the milkshakes). The most innovative part about this place is their layered salad. The veggies and fruits are layered one above the other, with the dressing provided inside. You just have to open the lid, pour the dressing as per your requirement, close the lid, shake the salad, and your salad is ready to eat. As soon as you reach there, you are greeted with a smile by the owners who are ever ready to help you out with deciding what you would like to have. I tried their watermelon mint juice and one of the salads. The watermelon mint juice was very refreshing, with a slight tinge of mint in it. My salad comprised of cherry tomatoes, corn, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, hard-boiled egg, and sunflower seeds. It was healthy and delicious at the same time, the dressing went along very well with the veggies. It’s the first ever food truck in the area of Hiranandani meadows, which is serving healthy eating options at pocket friendly prices. Do give them a visit for fulfilling your cravings for some healthy and flavourful food.
Keyur and Sujal have introduced new concept of serving healthy food at affordable price on a food van. Taste of Soya Sandwich was awesome. Will visit again definitely.
So this is a one of a kind food van/outlet around because one won’t usually find a perfect blend of taste and healthy food. Completely homemade, even their juices! Their egg sandwich is a must try! (Lip smacking) They’ve also got interesting salad types, like their pasta salad.. check it out!
