We ordered 125 packets of 1/2 kg mix mithai for distribution to staff on Diwali occasion.All the packets were collected and payment was done.After a day when we opened 1 of the packet for serving ourselves , it was noticed Kaju katri is missing and some poor barfi is being replaced. When we crossed chkd with the outlet , they told us since kaju katri was out of stock , we replaced barfi ( without concerning us) Later when I personnel told them it is not excepted , one of the supervisor tried to bribe me.I clrly told him I ll escalate the matter to higher authorities , but none bothered.
