This place is opposite oye sardarji with good ambience and family environment.But when it comes to food this place is a big no ,i ordered malai chicken tikka ,butter chicken ,dal makni and a brownie and paneer tikka masala.Malai chicken tikka was as sweet as a desert ,i wish i had ordered it instead of brownie,the worst part was when the owner came and argued the dish is sweet only.The butter chicken was sweet we had to ask him to make it spicy.The dal makhni was not dal makhni i am very sure about it.And the rock solid brownie just made my day .In the end the only thing i ll say is if u really wanna eat something buy the maincourse from somewhere else and take rotis from themAtleast they cook good roti .
Amazing Food- In short.Well this dhaba is not a conventional dhaba as one might be expecting as the feel, look and ambiance is none less than a restaurant, big in size, big in variety. But, being on highway side NH-8, if you are driving through that area do pay a vist to taste good food.After a short drive from Vasai, this dhaba is hidden in a corner and we struggled to find a big proper name board for the same, but eventually after a few minutes of reverses in car we were here.Coming to ambiance, a great open space seating, adequate lighting and good punjabi feel (leave the songs aside as they were not upto mark of the ‘dhaba’ feel). The cot tables and conventinal chair tables were part of the seating there.Food- ordered murgh tikka and paneer tandoori and they were great to taste. Our coolers on other hand were not. Virgin Mojito needed work upon.Mains we ordered Murgh Masallam and kadahi paneer, and what a splendid meal me and my colleagues had. Amazing! There were breads as in the tandoori roti and butter naan which were also great accompaniments. The daal tadka and jeera rice were as usual you get elsewhere nothing great. It was too humid and hot but the cold bud made up for it ;)The quantity was great for 3, but the pocket shudders indeed.If on the road i.e NH-8 do go to try it out yourself.
