  The place is overall a good place to dine out of you are on the lookout for a not so expensive but decent ChineseIts certainly not as great as they have advertised it in the picturesBut it certainly ain’t that bad too..The food was great(for that price.. Don’t expect a 150rs mojito to taste same as a 700rs one)The staff was really polite and well manneredAlthough there were only 4 people in the staff.The place was clean and well organisedBut this is no proper full-blown restaurant.For a restaurant it seems kinda just put together but for a Chinese joint it flares pretty well.Ambiance was not the best but it wasn’t bad either.If you want a place to dine out in vasai(w) on a budget and want decent quality food with spacious flooring. I think you should give it a try.

  Spice house is a recently opened restaurant near Tamtalao that has a display of attractive images right from Chinese to Indian and from fish to chicken. Just by looking at these images my friend and I decided to have our dinner here. The place is simple from inside with good seating arrangements and comfortable chairs. They even have a television to keep you entertained at all times.We were greeted as we entered the restaurant and soon were handed over the menu card. We searched through it for some appetizers but to our disappointment we were informed about the unavailability of most of the dishes. The owner explained the reason being they wanted to start off with serving Chinese in the beginning and as the response increases they would start with their full fledged menu items. He even answered all our queries regarding the dishes we opted for without any hesitation.We went in at such a time when they had an offer of 1+1 on mocktails. So we placed an order for the below 2 mocktails which were followed by some appetizers.Black currant:This mocktail is all about black currant syrup topped with soda water. It was a bit sweet but the flavour was amazing.Virgin mojito:This mocktail came served in a rocks glass and was refreshing due to the muddled mint leaves topped over soda and lemon wedges.Chicken shanghai:Shanghai chicken was spicy and so flavorful that it was devoured with enjoyment till the last bite. This starter also had a lot of garlic which I truly enjoyed eating.Chicken salt and pepper:This was our second dish of the day which came in a preparation having capsicum, tomato and spring onions. The flavour was quite mild but the dish on the whole was very different from the other restaurants normally serving it.To sum up, being a newly opened restaurant, Spice house does serve some good food and has potential but in the near future it would be good to see many more dishes added to the menu as displayed on the entrance.
