Today I visited the Crock pot in Vasai West. This place is new and gave me a thought of trying it. I saw their photos about Rice bowls and Salads but i think I expected a lot from them. I entered the place and went to the counter, i decided my order and was ready to place it but there was nobody at the counter. I waited for a long time and also waved at them to attend me but they didnt respond. I am highly disappointed, looking at their customer satisfaction. *SERVICE-0/5
