Inorbit mall – Vashi , Chaat Chaska , name sounds interesting , yes we do get a craving to have the Chaat. But this was not the place i would visit next time .Tried the Chaat Platter – Pani Puri – Nothing special , missed out on the Mint and Phudina and the water used was room temperature.Dahi Puri – Again a let down. Can be better if you have specialized in the word Chaat.Sev Puri – Liked this, chutney fresh Both the Mint and the Lasoon. Nicely prepared. Crunchy puri and topped with onions/sev/cilantro/Tamarind chutney/Chana. Good spicy tangy.Bhel Puri – Soggy extra chutney made the dish go for a a toss , when he can make the sev puri well don’t understand the reson why the Bhel was not prepared well.Overall a place which i would avoid.malai kulfi shared among 3 of us – not sweet ok.
Tried the Chaat Platter and it was nothing great. The puris were really fresh and crispy. The meetha and theekha pani were okay. The Dahi puri in the platter had sour curd that really took away the taste and also despite giving them the instructions about how you want it to be, they just don’t bother and make the way they do regularly. To sum up nothing great but when you crave for some chaat you need chaat.
Ok ok type chaats, didn’t like them compared to the price. The service was a little slow. They have scope to make lots of improvements to their food.
My favorite chaat point in inorbit these guys prepare good dahi puri and sev puri. I always end up ordering chat platter where all types of chat are included. Very tasty. Rating 9/10
We were there on a weekday so they can’t blame the rush hour for getting our orders wrong. I asked for an all sweet save puri and they made it spicy. We requested the rest of our chaat to be medium and it was all spicy. The pani of the pani puri lacked flavour and there was way too much tomato in the Dahi Puri, sev puri and the bhel puri. komalskorner.com
