Recently got to know about this place, which serves meals for gym freaks.Constant protein diets is located in Vashi.Was looking for something healthy to eat after my workout, Zomato gave me this option and was perfect.They have designed menu properly with variety of healthy foods dishes which are full of protein and nutrition.Dr. Shewta Patil, the owner of the place has took lot of effort to design a perfect meal for fitness freaks.OrderedVeg meal – full of veggies, cucumber, grilled panner, sprouts, and soya beans.The meal was filling and tasty.Non veg meal – 2 boiled eggs, grilled chicken, egg white scramble and cucumber and veggies like corn and capsicum. It was a complete meal after my workout, loved the taste of grilled chicken.They also serve sandwiches, wraps and healthy desserts which are perfect.Packing was top notch, no spilling no leaking.Overall had a great experience, going to order again.If you’re looking for diet food which is delicious, then this is the place for you.Follow @local_crazy_foodies on Instagram for more awesome food updates.
