A place where I wasted an hour on a fine Sunday evening. Had ordered naan and malai kofta and guess the chef at the kitchen forgot the preparation coz the food was not on my table for good 45 minutes. Impatient like many others, I was forced to cancel the order and walkout. And surprisingly the manager and the Steward were unmoved and unapologetic by this. May be there are used to keeping people wait. A suggestion for all to not visit the eatery even if it’s the last place on earth to dine.
Zomato, is there a way to give negative eating? This place deserves one. One hour. Had ordered malai kofta and two butter naans. The restaurant made us wait for (as they put it) only 42 mins before we had to cancel our order. The nonchalAnt way the staff and manager reacted to the incident makes me question the way the f&b industry is spiralling downwards. Mairah fine dining has nothing fine about it.
Great value for money. Good options in mughlai and Chinese cuisine available. The swarma is nice and service is prompt. The place is clean and staff is courteous. Earlier was known as Shalimar.
