I was there to have icecream and khulfi and they did it well. I had butterscotch icecream and kesar pista kulfi and both were awesome. It was prices moderately as well. So for icecream it’s complete VFM.
Service was quick and prompt. The serving portion was decent and presentation needs a lot of attention. Servers were polite. Pricing is average pretty decent place to eat on a budget.
I would be really happy to give a 5 star but unfortunately the quantity of food was not as per the price. It would be great if the quantity is decided as per the price you keep for each dish.
Was alone seated in last row fit for 4 people but near end of meal was horrified to find a small cockroach wandering on table. The waiter simply scared it away to my shock. I simply pulled the table away from wall & there were bunch of small cockroaches.
If you are staying in Virar and looking for nice place to dine out then Utsav is a nice place to visit this place is located in a prime location which is very close to the station the Ambience of the place is also nice it is big and spacious the food quality of this place is also good the details that are nicely made talking about the services they are also ok everything is served nicely and well presented the order doesn’t take much time to get ready their service is a bit fast so if your thinking of going to an hotel is a family friends then you can visit this place once and have a nice experience here
First of all the restaurant is closed for online ordering. You have to call and remind them to check that is closed then they switch it On. Secondly, I ordered Paneer Tikka from Veg. Tandoori Starters but the restaurant sent me Paneer Tikka from the vegetable menu. Instead of getting the 5-6 pieces of tandoor masala grilled paneer I got only the Sabzi that barely had three pieces in it. At least check before the order is packed. No value for money
