A decent cafe in Wagholi to have quick bite. The taste and quantity and quality of food is good. We had grilled sandwiches twice here and few beverages like fresh lime soda, juice and banana milkshake.Over all food quality and taste is very good.Service is very slow and understanding also is very slow. It could be communication issues. But with training it can be sorted. The place is well lit and neat. In rainy season Wagholi is experiencing issues of flies everywhere. But here it was clean and spick and span. So giving benefit of doubt to service, I’m giving this place 4 stars.Sandwich – 4/5Banana milkshake – 3.5/5Fresh lime soda – 5/5Watermelon juice – 4/5Service – Training needs to be given one in terms of the menu and what people are asking for and the other being taking multiple orders in one go. They have to confirm four times before placing an order. Training needded.
The Grand hotel heads & tales is a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful, Light and airy, and very spacious – very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great – right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The kitchen we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to wagholi. Thank you heads & tales for making our dayso special.
Wagholi has been witnessing a surge in food joints, restaurants and cafes in the last 6 months. A major reason is the migration of a sizeable population towards this part of town because of low real estate prices. That’s good news for me since previously good eating options in Wagholi were very limited.Adding to the list of new entries is Head and Tales, situated opposite to Bharat Petrol pump in Kesnand Phata, bang on the highway. The place is sufficiently huge and is brightly lit but has a very mediocre ambiance. The menu is vegetarian and limited only to local snacks, juices and shakes. For a restaurant that huge, I expected more.Service was mediocre. Waiters need to be educated to bring the wireless swiping machine to the customer’s table, when the option is available instead of making the customers go to the table. The cost is slightly up and aims to be at par with competition like Falahaar, etc. So, you may not feel a huge value for money.Taste is just okay. I ordered the Pav bhaji, which was tangier than normal, probably because of excess tomatoes. Extra pav cost Rs 20 and the dish itself was 140.I also ordered the mango blast priced nearly the same as ‘Falahaar’s’ famous mango blast at Rs 160. To be fair, the shake was slightly thin in consistency but good nevertheless as it was loaded with ripe mangoes. That being said, my overall experience was still average. My verdict is, visit for the shakes and juices if you must, instead of the food. foodshashtra.wordpress.com
This ia new outlet opened in wagholi near Kesnand Phata. We ordered Pav Bhaji and and Cheese Corn Pizza. Pav bhaji was same as you find in any restaurant. But Pizza was not good. They need to improve Hygiene. (You can see finger printed on water glass in attached pics)They have tried copying ‘Falahaar’ but failed miserably.Taste – 2.5/5Ambience – 4/5Service – 4/5Hygiene – 1/5
