This place has the best thalis that I had in town so far. The curries are so flavourful that you can’t resist visiting this place another time. I would give them full marks for the taste, quantity, quality and service.
Highly overrated place as per the ratings given by other customers. I’ve ordered chicken thali which I felt was quit expensive as compared to other restaurants in the market. The taste was not great at all. Tambda & Pandora rassa was pathetic. Sol Kadi was damn bad. I’ve been to Kolhapur for 5 years. I’ve had so many Thali’s over there. If I compare those with this, it is no where. Only ambience is good or else nothing. #Disapponted.
One of the easiest options around wakad. The service is by far best in the area. Also, the food never disappoints be it veg or non veg.
Great place for authentic Maharashtrian cuisine! They have done a good job with the ambience as well.Have visited multiple times and tried different thalis. Most definitely recommended!
It is really good place for nonveg lovers..it’s bit spicy but test is really good. I can genuine Kolhapuri type white curry.
Pathetic restaurant, unprofessional, services not good, services not deliver on time, never ever go and suggest any one, very very bad staff, if there is any delay in services they even dont come to you and tell what exactly the prob is.
Visited this Hotel for dinner.Items eatenStarterSurmai rawa fry – full marks for the masala used very unique. ( two pieces fairly thin sliced)Prawns Koliwada – was normal ok ( medium prawns)Main course1. Chicken Thali (Good)Chicken sukka, gravy, Kheema, Rice really good Chapati or Bhakri, pandra rassa ( really very Good) thambada( red) rassaRice – Jeera Rice or white Indrani rice.2 Prawns thali ( taste was average)Fried Prawns, prawn gravy, Chapati, rice and another rassa ( liquid gravy)A senior staff member constantly engages with you seek your feedback based on your inputs gives you dish suggestions.Kind off reminded me of the character Anton Ego from the movie Ratatouille appearance wise. ( Pun intended)The ambiance is great, detail to aesthetic like the interior is superb. Eg Great quality of cutlery, the furniture and fixtures adds to the charm of this restaurant. A traditional yet modern appeal to this place. Specially the wood craftsmen ship around the hotel. A shout out to management.The senior staff member ( mentioned earlier) also suggested sukat – a dry Prawns preparation found in the Konkan belt of Maharashtra. A must try if your used to the strong taste of this variety of prawns.Solkadhi was yum!! It was prepared fresh it was easily identifiable. Must try!Last but not the least the staff was humble and understanding. When asked for suggestions of the menu enquired about our liking first then suggested. Another think i would like to mention is that the staff was not pushy – by this I mean, I have observed nowadays staff at few places, being pushy suggesting costly dishes on the menu and getting offended when you do not go with their recommendations.This was definitely not observed in this place.Service was a tad slow but not that bad to spoil the show.In all I liked this place and could try it out only again.Please not they have only one outlet.Hope you find this review helpful!Happy eating,Tia,Kevin
