I ordered Prawn Hakka Noodles but got chicken instead. The owner insisted that it was prawns even after I sent him a picture and video of the dish where no prawns were in sight. He promised a replacement and after 2 hours, he said that Zomato will be in charge of the replacement. Zomato then decided to cancel my order and the owner then decided that he does not want to give me a replacement dish. Lovely. madhatterindisguise.com
Ordered prawn manchurian but received paneer manchurian instead (hence the low rating). Food was otherwise okay – typical Indian Chinese stuff that you would get at any dhaba or stall in Pune. Kudos for Zomato for resolving the issue and refunding my money for the wrong dish in the form of credits.
Ordered trip schezwon rice chicken From Swiggy. it lacked salt and spice. Seemed just they got it from a road side chines stall. They for got the most important which is the sauce. Rider did not notice it. I had a chat with Swiggy customer-service they were so not helpful. After telling the agent this is the third time happening however no scene of taking responsibility his response was every slow. I asked him the restaurant is not far it’s pretty close by ag states the rider is not allowed in the restaurant again. Now that was new. This is really sad service. Restaurants should not promise things that they can’t deliver. ZOMATO is far more better.
