Suggested by a relative we decided to have a home delivery for a lazy sunday dinner. I’v heard a lot about their Food truck and how cute it is but havent got an eye on it yet. The menu is an eye catcher with a Pacman theme with the right kind of items within. I like the fact that they have their best servers and have the same written on their menu making it short and sweet. Also not to mention having been told of the size of their burgers we opted not having fries this time.Having ordered Crispy Chicken Burger and a Fish burger we were delighted with the packing of it which certainly made it quite warm within. The first bite made me realise that I would need my Water sipper near me. Reason being the red cabbage inside were dipped in Vinegar which made the taste quite strong, so much more that it had overpowered the taste of the other sauces inside and made me felt that there was nothing except that one ingredient inside which probably would take me back from reducing points on that note.

The first food truck I tried and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve visited it a few times and they have nice clean food. People handling there are friendly too. I’ve tried the masala fries which were nice and hot but cheesy fries were MUCH better. With the first bite I fell in love. The fries were warm full of cheese and fresh. Absolutely loved them! Quantity of the fries is great. If you visit this place make sure you eat these fries! Also had an iced tea which was average wasn’t that cold so didn’t really enjoy it. My highlight of this place were the cheesy fries and I will definitely go back for more! Also had chocolate churrios which are to die for absolutely loved them.
While wandering around Salunkhe Vihar area near Keadri Petrol Pump, we came across this food truck called Chowdown. We decided to give it a try after exploring the menu.This truck have a very small and well thought menu. They have got this one right as instead of keeping the menu extensive, they have kept it suitable for a food truck. So not much messing around with the food.We ordered Chicken Tacos, Chowdown’s Special Fries and orange cooler to go along it.Chicken tacos was superb. It was a good combination fresh salad, nicely prepared chicken and good amount of mayo in it. What I really liked about taco was the salad they prepared with it. It was fresh, crunchy, a bit savory which was complimenting taste of chicken and freshly made tacos. I have to control myself by ordering just one.Chowdown’s special fries were massive in portion. Crispy French fries topped with lots of mayo, crispy chicken chunks and some fresh coleslaw to go along. Surely it was lip smacking.Overall I was satisfied with everything and surely going to try burgers next time as they were looking delicious. One suggestion to management, regarding special fries. Quantity wise it was a meal for one person. We were unable to finish it. Also due to its huge quantity, till you reach till its last few bites, it becomes cold and turns a bit soggy which might work against it.So instead I would suggest to cut down size of portion they serve of special fries.Overall a very good and new experience. Many food trucks have tried and failed miserably. But this one seems to finally have hit the spot with the crowd. So best of luck to them.
Ate the chicken taco. 2 delicious well cooked sloppy taco per plate. Is this filling your 140 characters, zomato, is it? Huh? Still no. Now? Yes Bye
Ordered the Chow Downs Special Fries and there was not a single chunk of chicken in them ! The mayo was also missing. It was just fries,cheesy sauce and chilli flakes. I feel extremely cheated because the chicken was the main reason i decided to order the item. Also ordered the classic burger . Tasted good, but i’m extremely disappointed with the service. Took them an hour to deliver these two items when my house is just a kilometre away!
