  #AutoBahnPhoenix Market CityThird FloorPune#GlobalMenuI just love this Mall – one is just spoilt for choices – be it for shopping, entertainment or dining !This time the visit was exclusively for dining at the #Autobahn – Smart Dining – ( ye bhi dekh hi le with smartphones, why not, smart move 😉 )Automation is sparking important conversations everywhere – and #Autobahn – the name itself suggests automation, speed and yes it was – a lovely experience it was – In a Lovely ambience with foodie friends, witnessing a flawless concept of automation.#UneditedpicsThe main attraction at this place -ordered items reaching the customers on a conveyor belt( orders are placed using the tab at each table )The food/order reaches your table through the conveyor belt system – the person sitting next to the conveyor system can pick up their dish, press the button and the empty tray goes back to the kitchenenjoy the presence, efforts of the Chef – feel free to provide feedback/give suggestions – they are open to feedback and ensure a good customer experience.#FoodTastingWe had the freedom to order whatever we wanted. Hits and misses were asked for of course and the management were all ears to our suggestions, scope of improvement shared.We started with -#Mocktails -Loved both these – Kiwi and the other coffee based -both with the perfect sweetness and so refreshing.#VegQuesadillas – A lovely Mexican dish, tortillas loaded with veggies, cheese – yummy, crunchy. They might want to consider asking customer s preference s of as all the fillings-veggies may not suit one.#FalafelPlatter – This is one of my favourites and am glad the Chef did a great job ! Hands down to the Chef for all the efforts in its making. #musttry#CrispySpinachAndMushroom – indeed very crispy, loved the texture and taste#IndianaPizza – Just the perfect thin crust pizza with generous toppings of well cooked and spiced chicken with other toppings. I personally prefer wood fired though.#FishThreePepperGarlic and#PadGraProw – Both these dishes were very pleasing to the eyes. The sauces were a bit more overpowering, can be a big Hit – needed improvement and feedback passed on to the Chef.#PennePesto – Another favourite so well done, simple humble dish – flavorful and ‘al dente’ penne in pesto sauce – yummy served with my favourite soft knot buns#VegThaiGreenCurry Appreciate the Chef s efforts – again a favourite – perfect consistency, veggies with the required Thai ingredients – served with hot steamed rice – tasted good too ! They should increase the amount of coconut milk for the right punch is what I felt.A meal is not complete without desserts indeed for sure ( saved some space for these 😉 ) The following were a treat indeed -#GulabJamun #Musttry#Rasgullas#RasmalaiAll of these were mind blowing. If you have a sweet tooth, blindly go for these.
