This place serves some authentic Italian food and the pizzas are hand rolled, pastas here are homemade and you can taste that freshness in their food! This place is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix Marketcity. The ambience of this place is warm, comfy and rustic. The service here is decent and the waiters here are a little undertrained though.Coming to the food :1) Orange Cappuccino : The ratio of double espresso to milk to foam was spot on here and I really loved the consistency and flavors from cappuccino point of view but it really lacked that hint of orange flavor to it.2) Del Chianti Pizza : This was a thin crust pizza and it comes in a 8 inch and 11 inch base options. This was a Pesto chicken pizza with other toppings like sun-dried tomatoes, roasted onions, mushrooms etc. The pesto flavor on the pizza was really good but I personally felt that the other toppings didn’t really play a role here because I didn’t really get those nice flavors from other veggies which I was expecting.3) Verdure Pizza : This was a thin crust pizza and it comes in a 8 inch and 11 inch base options. I preferred this pizza over the Del Chianti because there was a lot going on here from the flavors point of view and I got all those juicy flavors too from Black Olives, Bell Pepper, Sun-dried tomatoes, Zucchini, Onions etc. Loved this one.4) Fettuccine Siciliana : This was Fettuccine Pasta with a Basil and Tomato Sauce, Sun-dried tomatoes and Red chillies. This dish was more on the tangy side because of the tomatoes and the flavors from the sauce were very subtle and not at all overdone which is what I really loved about this dish.5) Tiramisu : Well this is not the best Tiramisu I had in Pune but it wasn’t bad too. The one thing I didn’t like about this dish was just way too much Mascarpone whipped cream than other ingredients.Overall it’s a really nice place to visit along with your family and friends!!

I visited Chianti to try out their winter tasting menu. Lovely little place with decked up with a Christmassy theme and an Italian Nonna vibe. Here’s my recommendations to try out if you happen to visit the placeItalian Soda for the wash it down , is practically flavoured soda with whipped cream . Go in for the subtle flavours as compared to the overly sugary ones.Pizza del Chianti- thin crust pizza with mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, pesto chicken ,onions and mushrooms. Can’t go wrong with that.Fettuccine Siciliana (veg/chicken) – rustic pasta in spiced tomato sauce with chicken and veggies. Done Al dente and the sauce comes through to give you that tangy flavour with the saucy texture.Ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce- Ravioli was stuffed with spinach and ricotta that paired perfect with the velvety mushroom sauce.Tiramisu- Cake, coffee liquior. I don’t think I need to say more. It was good.

If you want to try authentic Italian food then Chianti is the restaurant you should pick. It is very elegant restaurant. Everything is neat and clean. Very good menu and I am happy to see Ravioli as a part of menu. I gave it a shot along with Lasagne. One item is sufficient for one person. We also tried Mojito and fresh lime soda. Both the drinks were appetizing. One different trend you can see here that they will give you bread along with garlic and oil to dress. This is complimentary by the restaurant. Despite being the complimentary stuff it tasted good. I am happy with the overall experience however there was a room for improvement in food taste.

This is one of the best places in Pune to delight yourself with some amazing Italian food. The pizzas here are to die for and this is the only place in Pune where you can get yourself a Neapolitan.

Loved their concept of serving bruschetta as a complimentary welcome dish. Basically they give you the ingredients and a guide on how to make your own bruschetta. A good way to pass time. We ordered a ravioli pasta and a pizza with bacon, pepperoni and roasted pork as toppings. The quality and taste of food was too good. Only thing that we were not happy with was the quantity of food comparing to the prices they have set.

Went to Phoenix Market for lunch, that’s when I come across this restaurant. Ordered their 3-course meal which includes:1) Insalata Di Caesar2) Pollo AI Ripieni – Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, asparagus, sage sautéed in olive oil and served with rosemary potatoes 3) TiramisuWhat I also like is – make your own bruschetta Overall:Ambience – 4/5Food – 4/5Service – 4/5
