Me and my wife wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in a relaxing ambience. Went into the Novotel. Inquired where we can have coffee. They directed us towards this Crust patisserie. It’s easy to miss. There’s seating for maximum of one party of maybe 4-5 people. We inquired if they can let us sit in the lobby instead. Much more comfortable. They said they can’t serve us coffee there. The seating in front of this patisserie is right next to their Square restaurant. Instead of a coffee and bakery aroma, one gets to smell all kinds of food variety. So we sat there bang next to the restaurant. Asked for menu card. And they brought us the Square menu card. They didn’t have a separate menu card for the patisserie! When we asked for variety in coffee, the person just generally mentioned cappuccino etc. No variety in flavors either. So here’s the thing. This patisserie is only a counter with display where they sell baked products. It doesn’t add up to any experience of it’s own. Maybe they don’t have a cafe to entertain people who walk in just to indulge in coffee and pastry. Because they don’t have a setting for people to enjoy this kind of experience. Why treat it as a separate entity at all? It’s not. And it’s misleading.The setting just didn’t meet our expectations and we walked out without having our coffee. Much to our disappointment.

This place satisfies your cravings for delicious pastries, donuts and puddings.The ambience sets your mood for a refreshing experience inside the Bakery. The place gives you a soothing vibe and you can have your food comfortably there.We went there and were delighted to see the variety of food items they offer. We tried their donuts which were delectable! We also tried their pastries and puddings which were also delicious. Overall, the taste in their food was surprisingly good.We had a great experience at this place and would definitely look forward to visiting it again. Highly recommended!
Everyone loved the cake. It was a Strawberry and Vanilla cake. Macron was added by me for decoration.My only complain would be the chef’s handwriting. It’s very shabby and not what you would expect from Novotel.That being said, the cake was delicious!
I had the pan ice cream and the flavour and the toppings were just right. It was loaded with dry fruits and nuts that gave it a great twist. Absolute must try if you are planning to head here.
A lovely cafe with few varieties of cakes and drinks .. we tried coffee and a pastry was good enough for taste .. ambiance was cool not much to write can try ..
We only tried a sizzling brownie from here. They initially got us a burnt brownie but the manager sent the chef on our complaint and replaced it with a fresh one. Wasn’t too happy with the taste. Have had better sizzling brownie at cafe coffee day.
One of the best experience and best option for coffee with delicious bakery and confectionery in Pune. New York style cheese cake, Cup cakes and mouth watering doughnut. Unique way of service, unique glasses, unique menu, overall great experience
