Ambience: 3/5Situated at Lower Ground of High street Pheonix Mall. The restaurant offers cosy and contemporary interior. My biggest complaint was that the AC wasn’t sufficiently cooling. I was literally sweating and had to ask the staff to increase the cooling.Staff: 5/5Staff was very polite and professional.Food: 5/5The food was amazing. We started with Chicken Manchow soup. The soup was tasty. Authentic. For drinks, we decided to order,Paan Flavoured mojito. Again the taste was authentic. Loved the flavours.Next on the dish wasTraditional Chicken Pad Thai NoodlesAnother Masterpiece. Lots of shredded chicken pieces along with flat noodles topped with roasted peanuts. The quantity is huge. Make sure you have appetite for that.
So we recently visited this newly opened cafe in Phoenix market city and were hoping to binge on some good Chinese food. And this indeed was a good choice. They had Indian Chinese along with twist of authentic flavours in some of their dishes. For appetizers we tried -Sichuan chilli baby corn, Crunchy veg Vietnami style, Honey chilli potato, Black bean tofu And Veg chinese pizza. For Mains – Vegetable in hot garlic sauce, Exotic vegetable sizzler & Chilli garlic veg noodle. And Desserts included Darsaan (Honey noodle with icecream), Dates Pancake & chocolate brownie with icecream.Must try if your tired of shopping and looking at a change in mood & flavour!
Tmc is a newly opened restaurant in Phoenix market City serving some best authentic asian pan cuisineA beautiful spacious place with lovely interior and wall paintingsHere i have tried some specialities -Veg sweet corn soup- What else can be better than this for the start. I mean the this is something that would always taste yumm.Veg Manchow Soup – The strong accents of ginger and garlic make it an ideal soup to serve on a damp monsoon day. While the soy sauce gives it an awesome Umami flavour, the topping of fried noodles gives it an exciting crunch and makes it a bit filling too. Definitely one of the must-try’s.Mushroom Chilli Dry – The mushrooms were perfectly fried and had the crunchy feel to it.Spring roll basket- The rolls were simply crispy outside and soft inside which gave superb taste.Prawn with chilli lemongrass -Lemongrass Prawns is an Asian main dish served with steamed rice. If you are going for something different, I would say go for it.Prawns schezwan dry – This was by far the best stir fry-ish dish I have had at any place. I would suggest it to anyone!Pork bbq ribs -These ribs were seasoned, and were very tender. Have it with barbeque sauce. That’s it! Nothing better than this.Chicken dim sum, the classic Chinese delicacy, is an uniquely special dish to enjoy on special occasions with friends and family.Veg pad thai with tofuVeg black pepper with riceVeg hot garlicTofu in hot chilli basil is delicious, flavorful and spicy dish prepared using tofu, fresh basil and sauces.Chicken red curry – This fragrant red curry chicken is a one-pan dish with chicken simmered in a bright, curry-infused coconut milk sauce. You’ll be so pleased with how tender the chicken turns out when you have the first biteChilli Garlic Noodles – This was prepared with fresh hakka noodles with garlic and chilli flavour. I would say make sure to order it as a perfect starter for your next party.Tom yum veg ramen was loaded with tons of tender shrimp, veggies and yummy tom yum broth base.Coming to Deserts, Kiwi Sparkler is something that I had for first time and trust me, it’s amazingly blended. Also the shakes, Brownie Shake & Oreo Cookies Shake had some unique taste which wasn’t regular. If you are a snicker fan, then this is for you – Snicker Sundae.Last but not the least, Brownie with icecream gave a perfect end.
Had Asian Authentic cuisine at themandarincafepune located at Phoenix Marketcity.Started with refreshing Kiwi and Lime Margarita.Veg Chinese Pizza was very delicious and cheesy.Vietnamese vegetable was something unique and crispy.Honey Potato was the best part.Berry and mint mojito was more into sweet berry side than mint.It was just the tofu in black bean which wasn’t that great.I also loved their brownie shake and sizzler.Ultimately, brownie with ice cream gave an amazing ending to the evening.Nice ambiance and good food ,perfect for fine dine !Food – 4/5Drinks – 5/5Ambiance- 4/5
Recently visited this place for Bloggers table,1) Located in Phoenix Market City, I personally loved the interior decor and overall ambiance.2) Service staff, manager and PR team really helped us while ordering food. All of them were really polite and respectful.3) If you are looking for authentic Chinese or Asian cuisine, this is perfect place for you to try.4) We tried some drinks, appetizers, main course and some delicious Dessert, all of them were really delicious and mouthwatering.5) But need some improvements or changes in food, because from my point of view Punekar’s still not ready to accept pure authentic taste, they need Indian flavors in every aspect..My VerdictFood :- 4/5Ambiance :- 5/5Service :- 5/5
Visited this restaurant at phoenix mall for a dinner.Tried few dishes. I liked prawns crackers. It was tasty. Also, tried crispy lamb. It was average. cornflour was more in quantity than the lamb. Also, it was very oily.In the main course we tried Singapore spicy noodles which was amazing in taste. Also, tom yum ramen was good.In desserts, I liked brownie with ice cream. Rates are quite high compared to taste and quantity.Ambiance is good. Service is prompt.Overall, good option to have Chinese food.
The Mandarin cafe Pune is a newly opened Pan Asian restaurant in the sprawling Phoenix market city mall.I was here to try their delicacies and was impressed by the fare. Let’s start!AMBIENCE (3/5): The restaurant features dimly lit interiors with comfortable seating arrangement. The hung cylindrical lights add a touch of beauty and accentuate the decor.FOOD(4/5): I loved the food here. Barring one or two, everything was just delicious.STARTERS:We tried the dimsums, soups, crispy mushroom dry and totally loved all of them. The crispy mushrooms need a special mention, and you must try them!MAINS: The mains were equally fantastic as well. Starting with tofu pad Thai noodles , we also had veg black pepper with rice, veg hot garlic, veggies in black bean sauce, tofu in hot chilli basil and finally finished it with a delicious bowl of hot ramen. The ramen was a burst of fresh flavors and the watery broth sipped slowly gave a nice, warm feeling. The other items were excellent in taste with the perfect balance of ingredients and that shows the skills of the chef. The black bean sauce curry and ramen should definitely not be missed.Ended our scrumptious meal with a hot brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and darsaan(flat fried noodles tossed in sugar syrup, honey and served with a side of ice cream). Both the desserts were fantastic and we ended on a high note.SERVICE (5/5): Full marks to the service, the waiters are friendly and are polite. The orders were served in quick time and the entire atmosphere was quite nice.VALUE FOR MONEY (4/5): If you’re in the mall and craving some Asian, then look no further. The place has normal prices and doesn’t compromise on the quality or quantity. A good place to try if you’re all for Chinese!
