The place is for all the people who follows diet or wants to eat healthy food.The place is clean and have some roadside view.The sitting arrangement is basic.The service is quick.The best thing is being healthy the food tasted outstanding and it was delicious.They use low fat cheese, butter, brown bread and brown rice. The veggies and paneer were fresh.I loved their Grilled Veg Sandwich, Paneer Veg Meal and watermelon cooler.The monthly packs and the menu have nominal pricing.Worth a try.
I do not write reviews but I am writing for this particular small outlet, that should be on the list of whoever is serious about their diet and workout routines. 1) Their protein meals (Salad accompanied with 150gm chicken/paneer/tofu) is my favourite. This comes along with rice and egg as well for a reasonable price. No compromise on the food whatsoever. There are 5-6 variants in the flavor here as well.2) The hygiene while preparing is clean and I am satisfied with it. I have had this dish at least 20 times in the last month as it helps me meet the requisite protein needs per day. And it is tasty as well!!!!Apart from this, you have regular salads, sandwiches(peanut butter sandwiches/egg/cheese/etc), egg based dishes, smoothies, and now they have started homemade whey laddoos(YUM) and energy bars as well. If you ask for cons: well the place is small but I have it as my pickup dinner so it doesn’t bother me. Packaging can be improved, however with the plastic ban I believe this is everyone’s headache.Whether you are a fitness freak or not, this place is a treat for those who want a healthy snack/meal.
