Every service depends on trust . Please never break the customer’s trust. I ordered two food items veg biryani and chicken dum, delivered only single item chicken dum biryani. Not sure who is guilty whether zomato or resto. But need to improve service from both end and co operate each other so that customer wont suffer.Coming to food quality , its totally on resto responsibility . Very bad food quality, getting bad odour which destroyed impression of resto on us .

Ordered chicken biryani, terrible taste. Below average quality and taste.Doesn’t recommend to anyone. Best part was zomato delivered it on time.
I ordered egg thali and they provided me only chapati and rice. Main egg thali is missing, I tried to call Hyderabad Biryani House then didn’t pick my phone as well as zomato also tried them to call then also they didn’t pick phone. Don’t buy food from this restaurant. Very bad experience today I faced.
