The food is good, have been to this place many times, food is great as usual but the staff was not courteous as always and was very arrogant, I had ordered pasta and said generally u serve it with garlic bread and to which he replied nahi ham log nahi karte, it’s ok but the way it’s was told was not proper, but to rate food it’s was good
Saroj sweet mart near by chembur station. Saroj sweet mart ke har ek product ki quality achi hai. Service bhi bahetar hai.
This is about the Saroj sweet shop next to the hotel. Although the hotel is good with good food and decent service, the service at the sweet shop is pathetic and horrible. The people there think they are the king and they take the customer for granted. They would keep talking among themselves completely ignoring the customer and wouldn’t even care if the customer walks out because of their behavior. I would never ever visit this sweet shop ever again. No matter how good the sweets might be, one should never forget that customers are the reason because of which they are in business.
I’ll call it royal sweets they have many varieties ..take down a good budget and enjoy sweetness that you have never felt before.Worth a tryDo like and comment.
As you know that hotel Saroj has a side store of sweet mart and snacks which is very well know in Chembur locality. This store is very much similar to well known Jama sweet mart in Mumbai but this Saroj Mart has one and only one outlet in Chembur. When I had visited this store I had noticed that it serves sweets at very reasonable and affordable prices and it keeps all types of food and drinks items from low to high price range.It also keeps varieties of imported food and drinks in the shop so a person who likes to buy such things can purchase it specially the people staying nearby. One visiting this place won’t be disappointed by having a good experience.
Hotel saroj yaah chembur East side station ke najdik hai,yaah aik veg restaurant hai.yaha south Indian khana acha milta hai.yah sweet khana bohat acha milta hai.yaha aap acha breakfast,lunch or dinner family ke sath kar sakte hai.yaaha service achi milti hai.Mene yaha south Indian khana Khan hai.
Was at Saroj sweet mart on 30/8/17 and took a Garlic chivda, Makai Chivda and ring maruju and to my Surprise this was the Second time that apart from ring maruju both the items were completely Stale and this has even happened earlier hence wud rqst the staff to plz keep fresh stuff or not keep at all. @
