I have had numerous cakes and desserts here and it has stunned me every single time. I do no waver much from chocolate but Sudha has an amazing talent with everything sweet that you just HAVE to try out for yourself. You definitely will not be disappointed ordering from here.
Sudha baked my daughter’s favourite rainbow cake and it was delicious. The kids and adults cleaned it up in no time. The best part is that it was super moist and amazingly light.
I attended my beginner baking class by Sudha. I am bowled over by her professionalism and her passion for baking and its not only in baking but also teaching her students with all the right guidance and tips. She even explains the technical stuff and science of baking as in why and how to use particular ingredients, where to get them from and what substitutes could be used.She had prepared detailed notes for us and also customized the class exactly to fit into our requirements, there were no shortcuts and more than enough, thorough hands on experience. All ingredients we used were top notch quality.All throughout she was patient and answered all our queries(we were literally beginners with no prior much baking knowledge)I am now confident to start baking with interest and her dedication in conducting the class is something that will keep motivating me to try out by myselfWe baked one of the most tastiest brownies i have ever had, my family loved it so much that it got over the same day.Apart from that, we baked yummy christmas rich fruit rum cake, date and walnut gake and chocolate cake with ganache. She teaches with so much passion and she even extended our class hours and unlike other classes, she didnt rush it to finish it in a stipulated time as she wanted us to get all the basics right. I would also recommend to try out her yummilicious bakes like brownies and christmas rich fruit cake-it is rich in real sense. She uses top quality ingredients and there are no compromises, whatsover! I am stunned by her professionalism, dedication and perfection.Way to go Sudha! I am so happy to have found a lovely baker in my locality.
JBI’s Chocolate Ganache Tart was simply mind blowing!! Tasted one piece of it at the Chembur food festival, came back for 2 more. Now i want to order the entire tart. Can you guys deliver to Andheri west pls??
I ordered a customized friends theme cake from here. Taste , texture and presentation was 10/10. Sudha, the baker has a knack of understanding what the client wants and makes it love and perfection. The flavor was chocolate and salted caramel. Eager to try her other range of flavors. Would strongly recommend this sweet place!
I have amazing memories as a child baking with my mother but sadly it wasn’t something I was great it. Baking is an art in itself just like cooking is. Precision, a great sense of smell and taste and visual beauty all need to be blended together in a well balanced manner. Sudhas baked goodies are exactly just that. Once you get used to eating beautiful homemade cakes and cookies you won’t find the need to buy them ready-made anymore. She brings superior quality five star looking cakes to your doorstep at reasonable price to share with your loved ones. What could be better? Be it brownies or cheesecakes,pies or tarts one thing is for certain. You can’t stop with one bite. I’m already in thoughts of what I want to try next off this amazing menu.
Sometimes you have something sweet, just to top off a good meal. Sometimes, it’s an occasion. But then, there are times, when you eat something, and it becomes a memory. You reminisce about it. It’s brings a smile to your face. It becomes a part of your life. You miss it when you don’t have it. And plan trips to a city just to have another taste of it. My Mumbai trips are incomplete without a binge from Just Beat It. It’s just THAT beautiful.
