Given a choice between South Indian breakfast or baked goodies, the versatile puff, rolls and breads will always be my first choice especially if its from Merwans.And generally I step into the store and look at all the options, get confused & end up saying bhaiya sabka ek de do. This outlet in Chembur has 3-4 tables laid outside so, you can eat and chill.But, this one time when I ordered stuff from Swiggy, they accepted it and after a while except for one puff they didnt have anything. So, obviously I won’t be willing to pay a delivery fee of 30-40 rs for a puff of 20rs but, I had to pay since the outlet started preparing my order (which is not true in this case as everything is ready). This was simply unfair. It is the store’s responsibility to mark things that are unavailable. Kinda misleading and unjust.
