It’s a small restaurant inside a big hotel – Swosti Premium. The restaurant was not so much big but it gave me the aristocrat feeling. The seating capacity was less still they offer buffet. Ambience was decent.Their buffet had lot more dishes. All the food items were healthy and fresh. They had a different section for dessert. I liked the Rabdi a lot. It was so fresh and delicious that I would love to visit the restaurant once again to try the Rabdi.Overall, it was a pleasant visit.
Swosti serves some mouth watering non-veg and veg delicacies. I have eaten the best crabs and sea food here. Their style of cooking is optimised to make people happy from any part of the country and there is a special tinge of Odianess in each preparation i.e. less spicy, accurate amount of oil and masala. The desserts are very nice especially Odia desserts like Chenapoda and Rasagola. The break fast section has a lot of variety and the preparation comprise of continental and Indian. The staffs provide great hospitality and service.
