The bapuji nagar branch of this chain is below par. There were insects sitting on the cakes; the staff admitted that the cakes are already two days old which means we have only one day to finish a cake; the staff was clueless about generating a bill or even using a POS machine. The cream was already sour on a pastry I bought from here last week.
The cake was prepared within 2 hours of placing the order. Thanks to Prafull and his team. Even it was delivered right on time. Great coordination by the whole team. It was yummy tooo.

The cafe was not open. They had put two chairs and a table just outside the bakery, which was in the middle of the passage to above floors. It was like sitting at the entrance of a building.The tart was dry. Brownie was so hard it was difficult to eat with a spoon. Chocolate donut was okay-ish. Ironically the only thing good at the patisserie was a sandwich.They said they will heat all the items but didnt. Everything was cold.Their card machine wasnt working and they only accepted cash.All in all a very bad experience.
An excellent place for hangout. Yummy sandwiches, pasta and coffee. All bakery products are authentic. Spacious enough to organize small party. Neat and clean, courteous staff. I visit this place regularly.
The pastries are hard and not fresh at all. The food is very expensive for its quality. Extremely disappointed and regret going to this place.
