It’s a Bengali restaurant, agreed. Does that mean You have to be unprofessional and rude to non bengali customers? The guy who takes order is a mannerless snob. Other staffs are utterly unprofessional. The resto itself is unkempt and smelly.About food. They are pretty inconsistent. Of my Four visits twice in Puri and Twice here. I was left dissatisfied twice. Avoidable at best.
I visited this outlet on a Sunday for lunch, the first thing you expect is someone to guide u into a vacant table but here u nid to find one urself. The table I got was littered with leftover food which was cleaned after being asked for..the waiter/waitress are the most unprofessional whatsoever for a resto where u spend 1k for 2pax, they did not have max of the items on a sunday and they asked to order an alternative. The outlet is minimal in terms of being a proper restaurant.. It majorly feels as a dhaba! Food was ok but Bhojohari Manna a direct competitor to Kasturi is lot better in all terms, be it food or service.Wish they had a better ambience with lot to improve service.

Next, the food was tasteless, the chicken biriyani was cold, the veg thali was stale, the menu option was limited and what ever we asked for, nothing was available. Typical bengali good was what we expected, we got such a bad memory. Never visiting again.
They kept us waiting for 2 hours for our food to arrive, also most of the items listed on the menu weren’t available.We were told to change orders after waiting for 2 hours.Horrible service! Don’t visit this restaurant, you will repent it
