Zomato should take step to educate the hotel about its policy. The waiter was courteous but ignorant.
I was the first zomato gold customer for Hotel sheetal. It took me around 30 mins to make them realize that they are listed as Gold partner. Post which they said that Gold can be applied on Corona only from the beer section. After ordering Corona when I felt like having a bad taste I realized that the beer was #expired 28 days ago. After taking u the matter to the higher management, no action was taken. Then I decided to order Cocktail instead of expired Beer. So I got a surprise from the restaurant with 2 waterglass(150ml) sized LIT worth Rs 1000. The Manager was confident enough that it is how LITs are supposed to be in Bhubaneswar. The Fool me decided to let it go as it was raining and I preferred to drink over arguing. Then on drinking the LIT, I was confused if my order has been exchanged with someone who ordered Masala Coldrinks. (Who serves LIT on 150ml glass with Jaljeera on it!?). It seemed like an non alcoholic LIT. Finally I left paying the whole bill, after refusing the offer of having 2 more expired Coronas for free.When I asked if I can talk with senior manager, I was said that she is absent. And I wasn’t even allowed to submit the feedback form.
Be polite with friendly like dillip and rashmi.These two people are very good behavior and friendly. I am coming from those two people like dillip and rashmi. But the food rate is very much expensive. Toilet is not bad but not like good.
Very friendly staff like Dilip and Rashmi . very good in service and behaviour is excellent. But food rate is very expensive and the interior is not very bad but very old please change it. And the gents washroom is very bad. But rashmi and dillip staff is very very excellent in service and behaviour so i am comming for these two people.
An average bar with modest drinks, not too pricey but unfortunately the servings will have to be abolished due to the new highway rules laid by the government, as Hotel Seetal is just beside the highway.
Good place but the music could be an addition apart from just the television. Lights could be a bit more so that it could be fun. Food is okayish here.
Great food and appreciated the hospitality rendered by the staff of the hotel. Good ambiance with good quality. Great job Chef and keep up the show. Best wishes.
