Worst hotel, I have ever seen in bbsr. I called to the reception from outside to confirm the availability of beer, n somebody described me also regarding the offer of package beer, but after reaching there, the waiter said they dont have beer, and when I said I already confirmed over the phone, he n Manager started arguing with me. Really worst staff, no communication and illetrate people working in this hotel. Don’t go to this hotel. That’s why I saw, there was only one man sitting in bar that to be on saturday night.
