Very bad service..I ordered food at 10.22 pm . The hotel accepted the order bt at 11.23 they said hotel is not operational today and cancelled my order. As of no more restaurants were open for delivery option after that time. As a result i had to stay empty stomach that night. Very poor service from zomato.Don’t ever rely on them for late night services or services after 10 pm. You might face problems like me. They had refunded me my payment bt that wouldn’t fill my stomach. And payment refunded was their only answer when I asked for support.

Ordered food online. Veg Paneer Thali. The quantity of the food delivered was extremely less as compared to when you eat at the restaurant and also the prices are higher comparatively. Also Half of the items were missing along with PAPAD. The delivery man was so unprofessional and was not in the uniform as well. I would recommend to avoid placing order online and instead get the packing yourself. Wasted Rs 250 for this crap.
My first experience and I was totally disappointed with the chicken thaali.. price for 1 chicken thaali is Rs.320/-.. It’s not worth the cost.. Price is exorbitantly high for the quantity and quality of chicken masala they gave with thaali..
I have no present experience with this hotel. Anyway, I have placed some Odia foods to sock with Odia style Pakhal. They have declined my order through Swiggy and Zomato (payment by COD). then they have delivered through Zomato valet after paid order through Zomato. Anyway, they have to change their attitude regarding this type of nano disputes. anyway, food was delicious and mouth watering.
