Liked their cocktails, especially the gin bases ones. The food was average and it is fairly priced. Probably a bit can be done towards the ambience.
Ambience was good. But this place has got a irregistable smoky smell. There were 2 3 people talking too loudly that was irritating. Staff behaviour was good.
A good bar with decent furnish and theme. But a bar bearing Swosti Group’s tag may feel too pricey with a service quality similar to Xstacy Sungreen or Aangan Horizon. The cocktails are really good though.
The bar is one of the few decent bars in Bhubaneswar. The interiors have a really classy feel to it. The food menu is same as that of mirch masala and the food is really good. They usually don’t have much beer options. Apart from that their alcohol menu is quite extensive. Though the bar is on the higher side on the price point, the ambience and the great service kind of makes up for it.
The kind of attention other restaurant in hotel Marion draws, IVY comes no where near. Very shady place of the complete hotel. Its like one of those *chal yaar, ivy mein peete hain.. Wahaan koi relative nahi milega*
Am a regular diner here. Food quality is good with some excellent tasting Indian cuisine. However, prices are a tad high. Should come down by 10-15 %. Menu is stale as no new dishes have been added since last 7 to 8 years. Waiters are friendly and polite. Large parking area ensures easy parking too
