To start with we ordered chicken sweetcorn soup and garlic chicken dry – both of which were very just okay.The terrible taste was that of the fish finger which was raw, they acknowledged it and deep fried it for the second time and to shock me even more- the fish fingers were even worse .Overall Rating for soup and Starters – 2/5We ordered Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken Fried Rice and Hunan Chicken for main course.The biryani experience was ghastly and horrendous. The rice and the chicken had the taste of two different worlds, the biryani was full with large quantities whole black pepper, cardamom, and star aniseeds which killed the soul of the biryani. The meat no no aroma and taste. They should remove the biryani from their menu. I had to to pay a freaking 400 rupees for the disastrous biryani and the chef came over to discuss about it. After he understood what went wrong; he urged me not to pass on negative feedback about the biryani in the feedback book- it seems they do not bother to consider feedback seriously.Overall Rating for Biryani – Cannot be rated as it was so pathetic. I should ask for a refund rather.The Chicken Fried Rice and the Hunan chicken were okay on the taste- Overall Rating being 2/5. The food lacks the soul and taste. Bitter experience.Guys! Honestly, with this kind of experience, this will be probably the last time I am visiting Hotel Swosti. Me and mu family have been a loyal customer of yours since last 15 yrs, but the kinds of depressing experience I had, this will be definitely the last visit.

Intro : Inside Hotel Swosti Grand – Good ambience They were running South Indian Festival when we went – though we had India Food : Steamed Rice – Good quality long grain basmati Yellow Dal – Thick dal – taste was good Fish Masala – I was impressed with the taste . The fish was boneless dog and succulent and the fish chunks were very good in size – 4:5 Overall – Great food – Good ambience 4/5
Thinking of trying some place new,we ended up at Galeria. The name itself suggest delicious to me.Ambience is nice being a part of Swosti Grand.Interior is soothing. We ordered coffee.Chicken sandwich and chicken Kebab.Coffee was brought in a nice kettle,to which i was highly inclined.Taste was good.Chicken sandwich,though not that juicy as per expectation,but friendly to taste buds.Chicken kebab was delicious. Staffs are highly well mannered.Overall nice experience in a nice place.Hope to visit soon again
Excellent place to eat any time during the day or in the night.Pay off the Swosti Grand, they serve lovely food all 24 hours. You can expect only sandwiches after midnight but otherwise they can whip up full meals at all hours. Considering the lateness of the hour me and my colleague chose to have just curd rice. The curd rice they served was excellent that I’ve had in many months. Served with mixed pickle and papad it was very light on stomach.
The only place in BBSR providing 24*7 food service.We had Pastas ,sandwiches with fries and some coffee .I really appreciate this place as they have always provided quick service even at 3 am midnight.Coming to the ambience,its a well decorated cafe lounge.Jab aaram Se baith ke khana ho aadhi raat ko,directly go to this place and you will have a good time.
Nice cosy place. Chicken grilled sandwiches were awesome. Cold coffee was better than regular coffee. chicken achari tikka was nice fresh and tender. Loved it.Centrally located and selective crowd but definitely not pocket friendly.USP – cafe open 24×7
