The food is simply great here. The dal makhani was the best I’ve ever have had. Service is fast;Staff polite. The ambience is good, themed on ocean, ships and sailing. The lighting is a bit dark though.
Hotel swostis revamped lounge. As u walk in u are greeted by the blue lights n the circular water bulbs. This place is made to feel like a ship. The bar is well stocked and cleanly designed. I love hanging out here as this is the very few places that plays English music in town. Thou the music is more top 40s. Courteous staff well trained. My regular orders the nonveg assorted platter which ticks all the boxes to a happy stomach.
Been to Bhubaneswar for a quick visit and the day was highly hot. So for chilling off we decided to join Swosti Grand as its close to railway station .SO we decided for Beer and had Kingfisher Ultra as per the Barman’s Suggestion.Chilled off with Beer as Bar was with great ambiance and Nice Place soak off coolness.Will be there every time i will be in city or would like to stay there next.
From a hot days travel ,Would like to chill off at, Before Could start the journey feel have very light beer and , For it Hotel Swosti Grand was the best for it and Had asked for Draught Beer in Counter and The Bar Man Mr Promod was very cautious and suggested the kingfisher ultra .It was perfectly superb and killed my de hydration and i prefer to go back every time at BBSR.
