The amesta food truck is quite attractive looking one . The menu had a wide range and variety of food . There are many exotic dishes written on the food truck but when we asked they said that they only serve from the menu , so what is the meaning of writing such exotic dishes on the food truck ! Then it started raining , they have no arrangement for seating . The cooking was not done on the truck but in a lousy kitchen behind the truck . As it was raining we had to go and sit in the kitchen . The water started dripping and there were many loose wires there are well . Finally they served the food . The chowmein felt as if it was just boiled and the saute part was skipped . The chilly paneer was too spicy with lots of black pepper . The only thing that was good was the chocolate shake . Thats it there was nothing good in Amesta. I am very sorry for this truck . They can always try to do better .
