We went for a family lunch party here, with pre-ordered menu of buffet.Golden fried corn & Mushroom 65, Kadai Chicken & Veg Jhalfry were delicious.Fish Amritsari, the veg soup was ok ok.The quality of food, preparation was good overall. The hall on the 3rd floor was also good, where the buffet was arranged. They offered the hall on the 2nd floor, but that is more of a conference board room & we denied as it didnt look fine for a family buffet.The only negative I found was the lack of proper coordination amongst the hotel staff. We had arrived on time (11:50am) as per the discussion with them.However, they were setting up table and buffet around 12:30. That didnt seem cool. May be because of the Raja holiday, they were short staffed. One person, Manoj came up to us and apologised whereas the head chef was arguing and being arrogant about it. What they need to understand is – it is not only the food, but the experience that matters.
