Me and my husband was hopping for a place and we selected banana leaf Saram. We had a very good experience by another branch at same stretch n wanna check out on this outlet. When we went for dinner, the server was in a hurry to take the order didn’t even allow to look into the menu. Though we told that we work in hotel n know that cleaning lady turned up late n things were not set even @ 8 pm in the restaurant.We called the server n gave order 1 starter+ 2 indian bread+ 1 Indian curry + Chinese main course+ 1 Chinese veg curry. The fried rice came with Indian panner curry which we expect with manchurian n kulcha+ naan. The starter didn’t even come. The staff didn’t had clue even though same steward attended us. We have modify+ delete few items from our order and didn’t want to stay for dinner. The A/C was not at all working+ pathetic service experience+ no apology for wrong order/ delay. Totally wasted the evening and this place has lot of room for improvement.

Initially, this was the best place to eat anything. But, nowadays it got affected. Improvising food taste will be a good treat that is offered to the customers
