  As most of us know South India is famous for its Filter Coffee. So I decided to have a cup of this famous filter coffee. This is one of the first things I tasted when I landed in puducherry. I had this cup of filter coffee at the Kofi Bar, White Town, Puducherry.HEAVEN IN A CUP. This is how I would describe the coffee.° The first thing to notice is the unique technique with which these people make coffee. The creamy sugary hot milk is already prepared. The concentrate of black filter coffee is also prepared in a kettle.The creamy milk is then taken in a big mug and tossed around several times to cool it a bit and increase the creaminess and make it foamy.° Then after that the black concentrate is added to the milk and the milk is further tossed around and mixed well. At the end the cup is filled with the coffee and topped off with little more of black coffee concentrate.° This coffee is bitter sweet in flavour. But I dont think anybody will ever find it to be bad because of its bitter taste. The sweetness and bitterness are so well balanced that I am not able to find even one bad thing about this coffee.° The milk was really creamy and foamy. The foam was not too much. Most coffee places serve coffee with milk based dense foam that is flavourless and ends up making the coffee too foamy. In this coffee the foam was not that dense and had that coffee flavour in it. YES THE FOAM WAS ALSO FLAVOURFUL.° Also another plus is that this is one of the cheapest coffee I have ever had in my life till date.Overall summing up the review this coffee was something i kept craving for more. I want to have this coffee 5 times everyday for the rest of my life. One thing I know about myself is that I dont get addicted to stuff.
