Lovely restaurant set in an old house converted to hotel! We had an excellent light dinner of Kozhi Milagu Pirattal (pepper fried chicken) and Kozhl Varutha Curry (boneless chicken in a spicy Masala curry). The latter came as a meal with rice, a side of vegetables, pickles and Papad.Breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed watermelon and guava juice. Masala Dosa and Podi Uttapam made to order plus an omelette with grilled tomato and potato.
Tried my fav dish poondu(garlic) kulambu. It came with rice, 1 veggie side dish, a mango chutney and pappad. Wasn’t as spicy as I wanted and the poondu was less and shallots was more. But tasted good. Average service. Food took a long time to reach my table. But the property is beautiful!
