Hailing from a place where momos were part of everyday bite, i found it difficult getting good momos in south India. To crater my momo craving one day I ordered momos from here and must I say, it served one of the best momos I ever had. It was prepared so carefully and with such delicious taste that mere 6 pieces wasn’t sufficient. The chutney too was so good and well prepared. This place is located near Aurovillle and is in front of the main road.
This is a place in pondy where u get amazing momos ,their sauce is also very tasty..I have tried several other places in pondy for momos but nothing can beat tea road momos .ambience is also quiet and calm except for the mosquitos,overall a good place
This place is very near to aurovill with a clean green surrounding.We went there for lunch on a sunny day.The mushroom soup: so creamy, yummy , Chinese mushroom appetize us very well.AMERICAN CHOP SUEY​: the quantity and taste was so good. Please make sure your hunger level is high wen you choose food. They gives food in a bigger amount that it will be sufficient for two PPL.ICE TEA & WATERMELON JUICE: The iced tea and watermelon juice tasted good.Overall a good experience.
This not so well know hotel and restaurant came as a good surprise. There are few restaurants in pondy that offer decent Chinese food. We tried the dumplings, chicken chopsuey and caramel custard. The food turned out to be just as I was hoping it to be. Hot, cozy, tasty.The ambience is nice with soothing lighting. The lack of fans might be an issue, but the staff was sweet enough to arrange a table fan for us.The service was prompt and the staff courteous making sure that we’re having a good meal. And it’s not too heavy on the wallet.If ure craving for Chinese food, give this place a try!PS: there’s no picture of the dumplings coz we finished it in 5 mins of it landing on our table 🙂
